Join us at our DTLA headquarters as we gather creatives, collaborators, friends, family, and the bright lights we look forward to building with… Multiple courses passed hand-to-hand, long conversations, expanded horizons, and a first look at the space where our consulting agency will live.
This is the first gathering in our recurring Ceres supper club; each one to be shaped by its own theme, collaborator, craft, place, and taste.
Chef Luis Aguilar
Born and raised in El Monte in the San Gabriel Valley, Chef Luis has lived all over Los Angeles and spent the last twelve years within some of its best kitchens. A seasoned Angeleno, he has cooked at Eveleigh under Jordan Toft; at Animal under Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo; at Animal and Here’s Looking At You with Jonathan Whitener; at Vespertine with Jordan Kahn; at Jacaranda with Daniel Patterson; and at Michelin-rated Gwen with Curtis Stone for seven years.
For Luis, the best memories come from food. Discovering new flavors and cultures is what drives him; he believes good food will always bring people together and make them smile. At CERES, his goal is simple: to craft a memory worth keeping.
